Terms of Service

Practice exercises and full mock tests for PTE Academic preparation are provided free of charge.

AI-based scoring of practice responses is a paid feature.

AI scores are automatically generated estimates. They are not reviewed by a human, and Wobzzy does not guarantee their accuracy or that they predict your actual PTE Academic exam result.

Users may hold a student account, an educator account, or both.

A student may connect with an educator (for example, by accepting an invitation). Once connected, the educator can view that student's practice responses and related practice/progress data. The educator cannot see any other personal information about the student.

Before accepting a connection, students are shown what data will become visible to the connected educator.

A student may end an educator connection at any time, which immediately ends the educator's access to that student's data.

A Founding Educator Program may be available to eligible educators, governed by a separate Educator Program Agreement presented at the time of enrollment. These Terms do not themselves set commission, discount, or payout terms.

Paid AI-scoring credits and any subscription plans are purchased at the prices and bundles displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Wobzzy is the merchant of record for your purchase and is responsible for its own applicable tax obligations.

Credit expiry. Purchased AI-scoring credits may be used for 3 months from the date of purchase. After that period, credits can no longer be used for scoring, but you may request a refund of the unused monetary value for up to 1 year after expiry by contacting support@wobzzy.com.

Refunds.

The Service, including AI scoring, is provided "as is" and "as available," as an estimate only, without warranty that it will match your actual exam outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, or failures of third-party services we rely on to provide the Service (including our payment processor, cloud-hosting provider, and identity-verification provider), except as required by applicable law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (a "force majeure" event), including internet or infrastructure outages, acts of government, or similar events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, or data; and (b) our total liability to you arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This includes, without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or willful misconduct, and any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived (including your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence).

if you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement; and

any other non-waivable consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
