Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Wobzzy is operated by Orbit Creative, CVR no. 46069323, registered at Mekanikvej 1, st. th., 2605 Brøndby, Denmark, acting as data controller for the personal data described in this policy. All of our platform infrastructure and service providers operate within the EU. Contact us at support@wobzzy.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: information needed to create and operate your student or educator account.

  • Practice data: your practice responses and, where applicable, audio recordings submitted for PTE Academic practice.

  • AI-scoring data: the inputs you submit for scoring and the resulting AI-generated score/feedback. This data is used only to generate the score for that specific submission; it is not used to train or improve the AI model beyond that.

  • Payment data: Stripe processes your payment details directly. We store only plan, credit-balance, and transaction-level records — we do not see or store your full card details.

  • Analytics data: usage data collected via Google Analytics when you visit our site or app.

3. Educator–student data sharing

If you are a student and connect with an educator, that educator can see your practice responses and related practice/progress data. They cannot see any other personal information about you. Before you accept an educator connection, we show you what data will become visible to that educator. You can end the connection at any time, which immediately ends the educator's access to your data.

4. Where your data is stored and who processes it

We use the following processors, all operating within the EU, each acting under its own agreement with us and its own applicable terms and privacy practices for the services it provides to us:

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud (EU region) for application data storage.

  • Stripe for payment processing.

  • Didit (didit.me) for identity verification of Founding Educator Program participants before their first payout.

  • Our own AI-scoring model for scoring practice submissions.

We do not guarantee that the Service, or any third-party service it depends on, will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Audio recordings: kept for 12 months from submission. You can delete your own recordings at any time from your dashboard.

  • Other account, practice, and AI-scoring data: you may request deletion at any time by emailing support@wobzzy.com. We will act on your request without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days — extendable to 90 days for complex or numerous requests, with notice to you of the extension.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. A cookie-consent mechanism for managing analytics preferences is planned and will be added to the site; it is not yet in place.

7. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@wobzzy.com.

8. Children and minors

Wobzzy is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. We do not operate an age-verification system; if we become aware that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Relationship to our Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service (including its limitation of liability and indemnification provisions) apply to your use of the Service generally. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any right you have under applicable data-protection law, and nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit our responsibility for our own handling of your personal data beyond what applicable law permits.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
